Abstract :
As a new shopping way, group purchase have rapid development in China during the first half of 2010. In this paper, Porter Forces Model and SWOT tools are used to analyze the model of current mainstream group-purchase network combining SNS, and the role of SNS networks is described in detail in group-purchase mode. Finally, taking the first group-purchase network- Nuomi.com combining SNS with e-commerce as an example, group purchase´s operation situations is discussed.
