A Theoretical Analysis on Money Supply in the Environment of Electronic Money

This paper mainly has made an analysis of money supply theory in the environment of electronic money. The article gives an overview of the study on domestic and international electronic currency at first. Then I have probed into the influence that the electronic money had on the supply of traditional money. It shows that electronic money of long or middle term will make the traditional monetary multiplier have a tendency to increase, meanwhile, will influence the definition of the monetary range of the foundation. So I have put forward the thinking of the adaptability of traditional monetary theory. To control the monetary delivery volume under the environment of electronic money better, this paper has set up a money supply model on weighted factors, and has taken a discussion to the fetching value situation of each parameter in the model.
