Abstract :
This paper describes the development of a 2.4 mm power calibration service at NIST. The service operates over a frequency range of 0.05 to 50 GHz. The primary focus of the paper is a direct-comparison system for calibrating thermistor, thin-film, and thermoelectric power detectors.
