  • Abstract
    A new four terminal-pair bridge has been developed for measuring capacitance and resistance standards at frequencies up to 1 MHz. The bridge is based on high frequency IVDs, to create voltage ratios, which are calibrated using a "permuting capacitors" device. Preliminary measurements of the capacitance and dissipation factor of a 100 pF standard up to 1 MHz are in good agreement with calculated values, from its measured parasitic impedances.
