            Abstract :
CuInSe2 thin films have been obtained by electrodeposition method onto indium-tin oxide substrates, from aqueous acidic solutions. The samples were characterized by visible spectrophotometric and X-ray diffraction analysis. The calculated band-gap energy from experimental data suggest that the CuInSe2 layers are suitable for solar cells
