Abstract :
In this paper, a new soft computing method of economic contribution rate of education is proposed. The method is composed of four steps: In the first step, this paper develops a cluster object system according to the level of scientific technology and gets the optimal number of cluster, which determines the number of rules. In the second step, the structure of fuzzy neural networks is determined by the number of rules and the fuzzy neural network (FNN1) from potential human capital (education) to real human capital is constructed and we obtain the economic contribution rate of human capital to real human capital. In the third step, the fuzzy neural networks FNN2 from real human capital to economic growth is constructed and we obtain an economic contribution rate of human capital. In the fourth step, economic contribution rate of education is computed. And last, the algorithm is used to compute the economic contribution rate of education in China between 2003 and 2006.
