Abstract :
For many targets, multidimensional quantification, fuzziness of the complicated system decision characteristic information with not complete in the complex system of teaching, the logic model using fuzzy mathematics theories, constructing a kind of second class misty decision model and an algorithm is given that can carry out a teacher the teaching ability a comprehensive evaluation, solving calculate way under the condition that have already known the target information.
