Abstract
Cutoff frequencies of a ridged waveguide are calculated by eigenvalue analysis using the spectral domain Green´s function. The results coincide well with HFSS results. The cutoff frequency of the dominant mode will be used for the admittance between the input mode and a slot. The Spectrum of Two-Dimensional Solutions (S2DS) method is seen to have good computational efficiency for complicated internal structures.
