Abstract :
A novel high-performance video image processing chip design based on CRDVC algorithm is presented. It offers low voltage supply, low power consumption and high- speed features that make it suitable for real time applications. A basic circuit block on this chip, current mirror, is reviewed and a new design is reported. Simulation results using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology confirm the excellent performance of the new design.
