Abstract :
The possibility of using high-resolution digital voltmeters for voltage ratio measurements at a frequency of 16 Hz is presented. The method is used for the determination of unknown parasitic capacitances in a voltage divider. The voltage ratio and phase differences are measured in some cases with 0,1 ppm and 0,1 /spl mu/rad uncertainty, respectively.
