Abstract
1:1 ratio of a divider´s resistance up to 100 k/spl Omega/ at 100 V and 10:1 voltage ratio up to 1 kV can be accurately measured by a potentiometric method. Common-mode potential effect on voltmeter offset is removed by reversing whole divider for high voltage measurement. The best relative measurement uncertainty (k=1) was estimated to be less than 0.02/spl times/10/sup -6/ for 10 V/10 V or 10 k/spl Omega//10 k/spl Omega/.
