Abstract
The paper concerns a problem of robust H∞ control for uncertain systems with time-varying state-delay. A delay-dependent robust H∞ controller is presented in terms of matrix inequalities. An algorithm involving convex optimization is proposed to find a suboptimal maximal delay such that the closed-loop system with the designed controller is asymptotically stable and guarantees the H ∞ norm bound for all admissible uncertainties
