Abstract
In this paper we have presented a new mode of stepped-frequency signal. By using this signal, which transmits two pulses of the same earner frequency at each burst and with this carrier frequency stepped up a Δf in each subsequent burst, the ground clutter can be cancelled by using simple first-order cancellation. A computer simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness cif the proposed method.
