Abstract
A new slope corrector circuit has been designed, manufactured and tested, using monolithic technology. The circuit has a single control voltage and no power consumption, and provides a slope variation correction around ±0.5dB in a 250MHz subband that can be adjusted to be centred at any frequency into a broader 2GHz frequency band, thanks to an external delay line. The circuit has 5dB insertion loss and high input and output return loss, at 12GHz. This circuit is based on a dual branch topology with a single phase shifter as a control device.
