Abstract :
We have built a guarded resistive divider with 10:1 and 100:1 ratios for voltages under 1 kV. This divider performs self-calibrations by an automated guarded Wheatstone bridge method. The ratios different from those of a series-parallel divider are sub ppm and 1 ppm at 10:1 and 100:1 ratios respectively.
