Abstract :
In view of the serious gap in the energy-saving management of Chinese buildings, author of this paper analyzed the relation between management and process and constructed the management and monitoring process of energy-saving chain of construction engineering which are closely hooked by two main lines, “technology and cost” under the energy-saving management mode of Chinese building. Interlocking forced monitoring approaches are adopted to prevent the occurrence of gap in construction energy-saving as much as possible.
