Abstract :
Regional science and technology activity are a source of economic development. In this paper, it is to establish a efficiency evaluation model of regional scientific and technological activity based on DEA. A positive and quantitative study of Hebei Province shows that the technology market lags behind in developing new products, and the economic benefit is clearly insufficient. Therefore, it needs to take targeted measures to enhance the efficiency of scientific and technological activity.
