  • Abstract
    This paper presents the recent improvements to the high voltage capacitors measuring methods used at BNM-LCIE and the new possibilities to come in that field. These improvements are related, among others things, to the use of a carefully calibrated current comparator bridge and to the constitution of standard capacitance and dissipation factor ranges.
