Abstract :
The efficient performance of port production operation requires shorten the ships´ queuing time in port. Furthermore, promote the port throughput capacity and the performance level of the whole supply chain. In this paper, we use the theory of queuing combining with the berth allocation rules with stochastic Programming in the port. Set up queuing models for berth assignment for different types of ships and berths. Then according to the models we propose the special plan´s performance in some conditions and discuss the different effects under different plans receptively.
