Abstract :
A quadrature bridge capable of comparing capacitance with resistance at frequencies from 50 Hz to 10 kHz is described. To balance the bridge at a wide frequency range, three two-stage inductive voltage dividers (IVD) are used. By using this bridge, we can precisely decide capacitance standards at 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 400 Hz and 1 kHz, which are frequently demanded by industry.
