Abstract :
Capacitance standard derived from the QHR has been established at ETL. The chain of measurements makes it possible to link capacitance to the QHR at 1 kHz by using the multi-frequency quadrature bridge. The measurement uncertainties in the chain, which comprises resistance bridge, quadrature bridge and capacitance bridge are estimated.
