Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, high-pressure vessel has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, aerospace, and pharmaceutical areas, and is the key equipment in these areas, and its structure increasing size, operating pressure and operating temperature getting higher and higher, and thus the design of pressure vessels have become increasingly demanding. This type of multi-channel single-cylinder high-pressure vessel is based on the structure and then put on several layers of internal and external radius slightly larger than the previous layer and the overall shape of a cylinder with a similar structure. This paper describes the basic single-layer high-pressure vessel stress-strain formula, on this basis, the special structure of this container with a great deal of research and calculation of two-tier structure of most of the derived formula and the overall general formula. Conducting theoretical analysis and formulas are pushed to the rear, this paper has conducted a simulation experiment ANSYS simulation, the establishment of single-cylinder and multi-layer cylinder model, and its results were analyzed and compared multi-layer high-pressure container must be obtained clearly superior performance, further verify the theoretical analysis and the formula is correct. the multi-channel high-pressure vessel outside the radius of the entire system should be smaller than the other containers, but also proof of its special design can save raw materials, to improve transport and storage efficiency.
