After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to integrate resources for museum exhibition design projects effectively, studied on the process of museum exhibition design projects, it can be seen that from the existing research and practice: in the exhibition design process, the main problem of exhibition design cost control are design communication and design process. To solve the problem, do research on how to design, how to manage, how to communicate and coordinate etc in the different stages of the museum exhibition design, a theoretical framework has been put in for museum exhibition design projects management. And depending on the uniqueness of the museum exhibition design, it combines the generality of exhibition, the relevant principles of management and design science, in order to instruct and improve the museum exhibition design, so that museum exhibition design projects can perform efficiently, high-quality, low-cost and successfully.
