Abstract :
A typical micro-grid with multi-energy generators (MMEG) is composed of renewable energy generation systems including wind, photovoltaic, biomass etc., and fuel cells, energy storage and local loads. As a cost-effective research method, testbeds for MMEG in lab have been developed in some key projects all over world. This paper presents a comprehensive testbed for MMEG (TB-MMEG) in lab built in Hefei University of Technology(HFUT), China, including hardware and software design scheme. The features of the TB-MMEG are single-phase, three-phase and multi-AC buses with energy management system (EMS) that conforms to the IEC61970 standards.
