Discussing the incidence relation of influence factors through system dynamic method, constructing the grey relational model in order to compare the effect caused by influence factors in a measurable way. Take a new container logistics park, which locates in Lianyungang, as a demonstration to analyze. The research in the article will provide basis for predicting the volume of freight traffic in new logistics park district.
