Abstract :
According to the analysis on dimensional structure and development pattern of dry port, this paper chooses seven factors to construct the evaluation indexes of appraising the dry port´s development potential level. Using the analytic hierarchy processing method (AHP) and a Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive, it takes the Quanzhou-Jinjiang dry port as a case study. Thus, the application of AHP-Fuzzy to Quanzhou-Jinjiang dry ports proves that this method is practicable and feasible, for it helps to reduce the lopsided influence of subjective factors in such evaluations, particularly compared to the experience estimation systems.
