Abstract :
This paper reports on a programme of traceable measurements of the complex permittivity of dielectric reference liquids from 100 MHz to 5 GHz over a temperature range of up to 5-50/spl deg/C using Vector Network Analysers (VNAs) and coaxial-line cells, including a new cell designed for Through-Reflect-Line (TRL) calibration.
