A study of the impact on during construction period

Infrastructure projects have huge impacts on the traffic condition in urban areas, so the author suggests that the traffic impacts should be estimated for the construction period. This paper takes the Harbin Subway Line No.1 project as an example, demonstrating how to analyze the traffic impact factors, to find the optimal paths, and to forecast the traffic flows, so as to make the corresponding regulations to solve the congestion problem efficiently.
