  • Abstract
    The solution to eliminate the conflict between engine fuel economy and emissions performance has been the key to the development of engine technology, and engine variable valve timing technology is raised by one of the options. Development of variable valve technology in the world is introduced. According to variation of valve control parameters, variable valve technology is classified in detail. Combined with today´s typical variable valve mechanism, approaches to realize the variable valve technology are systematically stated and evaluated. Combined with common rail technology, design a kind of electrical and mechanical hydraulic control valve, launched the structure features analysis, this paper expounds the working principle.
