Abstract :
This paper investigates the relation between workflow systems and corporate memory. More clearly, it emphasizes how workflow systems facilitate the achievement of corporate memory. It also proposes a classification for corporate memory in the context of workflow systems. This classification defines two types of corporate memory; each providing a distinct knowledge contributing to decision making. The study has been done based on a real case study at the Centre Régional d´Investissement (CRI) in Marrakech, Morocco. This centre is entrusted to accompany investors and facilitate all administrative procedures for them.
