Abstract :
In order to establish multiple radio bearers at the same time, the RLC sub-layer in the LTE system supports multi-instance function. Based on the study of multi-instance mode, this paper puts forward a scheme of RLC multi-instance mode. In the scheme, the interaction of the external behavior and state of activated instance are unified managed by a multi-instance management module. Meanwhile, the introduction of the memory management module is to solve the storage, sharing, and release of multi-instance data. The created test flow has been tested and simulated with the standard description language (SDL) and Tree and Tabular Combined Notation (TTCN). Simulation result verifies the feasibility and reasonableness of this program.
