Abstract :
To improve the performance of avionics bus and simplify the structure of system interconnection, a new topology based on passive optical network (PON) for fiber channel using in aviation environment (FC-AE) is proposed. After introducing the communication principle and technologies of FC-AE in the new topology, the network model is established and the performance of the new topology is analyzed. The simulation results show that the new protocol has quite good performance in transmission bandwidth, transmission delay and transmission reliability.
