Abstract :
The authors have elaborated a mathematical model permitting to describe the dynamic of the volume of the yeast cell submitted to an osmotic pressure shock. This model being very complex because of its nonlinearities, we prove that the studied system can be described by a Ricatti equation. Then, a comparison of these two models by use of a criterion permits us to validate the new obtained representation.
