Abstract :
In recent years, mobile technology is widely used in education, mobile learning devices updates fast. This has become a great challenge on designing mobile learning devices. FRAME model reveals the definition of mobile learning, describes the relationship between learners and equipment. In the FRAME model, the author brings the mathematical concept of well-posedness educational technology, describes the characteristics of learners and characterization-centered mobile learning device design methods, and proposes well-posedness of mobile learning devices based on learners´ need.
