Abstract :
A system, which automatically measures an effective efficiency of a bolometer mount (BM) in the frequency range of 75-110 GHz (W-band), was developed. It consists of a dry mono-load microcalorimeter and a broadband signal source. An automatic measuring algorithm was newly devised, and it has merit to shorten measuring time. Measurements of effective efficiency were carried out in the full band by 1 GHz intervals and results have shown the possibility of broadband calibration using this system.
