Abstract

Competitive intelligence (CI) is the set of coordinated researches, treatments and distribution of useful information to stakeholder towards action and decision making. In order to enable users to search, monitor, validate and rebroadcast strategic information, we provide our new tools (Xplor EveryWhere), which can be helpful for them in their executive travels. In this paper, we focus on the architecture, multilayer model and service of the CI system - XEW to describe our approach to treat different data-sources (Patents, Paper, etc.). Based on, coupling of environmental scanning and knowledge discovery in text.
