Abstract
A new reference-step method is described for measuring the ratio of two dc voltages in the range, 10 V to 1100 V, not covered by the Josephson voltage standard. The method requires a voltmeter and switchable voltage source and can achieve uncertainties of a few parts in 10/sup 7/ of the ratio.
