Abstract :
Friction tester is an experimental device to bear the friction and wear properties of different materials tested In its condition monitoring system, various data precision and accuracy, reliability of the system, as well as anti-jamming capability have become very concerned problems for new friction materials research and development. In this paper, combined with the GS-01A friction test machine, its hydraulic structure was reformed, and based on LabWindows/CVI platform, multi-sensor continuous data acquisition, dynamic test wave displaying, high-speed data saving, reports requiring, multiple sets of curves analysis and other functions were presented. Digital filter technology was used to eliminate the interference of the power pulse peak. The actual application shows that the system works safely with high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and friendly interface.
