Abstract :
This paper discussed the content and methodology reform for experiment teaching, in which the existing problems, such as “Experiment techniques and the related facilities are behind the development of advanced technology”, or “The experiment means does not meet the need in fostering creative ability of university students”, are in focused discussion. As we know, in the experiment teaching of universities, especially for those engineering colleges, the above mentioned problem issues do exist. As a solution the paper proposed an automation experiment teaching system equipped with the advanced techniques and facilities. This advanced, flexible and engineering oriented system supplies the students with an open experiment platform, and also the reform practice for the content and methodology of experiment teaching was performed. A several years practice shows that, the reform obviously improved the manipulative ability, engineering practice ability and creative ability for the college students, and also the reform promoted the progress of the experiment teaching, achieving notable results for teaching issues.
