Abstract
Based on the conception and characteristics of green construction supply chain, the article improves the balanced scorecard to build a performance evaluation indicator system which is more comprehensive and quantitative. Taking into account the general problems including indicator confusion and subjective weighting in performance evaluation, the article chooses principal component analysis to reduce dimensions of indicators established above. Then attempt to build a target weight optimization model based on AHP indeterminacy interval matrix and use genetic algorithm for final solution. All of these suggest a set of scientific evaluation process. Case analysis shows its theoretical feasibility and important practical application.
