Abstract :
In the accessory inventory system of manufacturing enterprise, n accessory providers and one manufacturer are selected to research on. Basing on the operating status of the system and using the inventory control theory of operational research, economic effect model of the system under VMI is set up. The paper also describes the inner mechanism of VMI, and the important significance of VMI to reconstruct accessory inventory system and the theory value of the research are pointed out.
