Study on Knowledge Management of Water Running Scheduling

The integration of knowledge management and water running scheduling could make the proper knowledge passed to the very person promptly in the right way, thus promotes the management level and efficiency of water running scheduling. In this paper the features of knowledge management existing in the water running scheduling are analyzed, the scheduling flow is integrated with knowledge management and the knowledge management framework is set based on the water running scheduling though integrating the knowledge and it´s context in the process of scheduling flow. Moreover, the key technique to implement the knowledge management of water running scheduling is also under discussion.
