Exploration and practice of the school-enterprise cooperation of the software service outsourcing talent training — An example of Xi´an University of Arts and Science

With the rapid development of the software service outsourcing industry, enterprises are in the urgent need of the practical engineering talents. Taking the educational practice in Xi´an University of Arts and Science as an example, this paper presents four school-enterprise cooperating modes of software service outsourcing talent training, which not only significantly improves the employment rate of the graduates, but also encourages the enterprises to co-cultivate students with the colleges and universities.
