Abstract :
This article is a summary of research performed in substantiation the philosophical-methodological basis of education information ecology. The research aims are: to give guideline for designing and implementing education information system to promote education effect and its efficiency by constructing better ecology. Research methods: the analysis and evaluation of ecological capacity, the reflection on its adjustability and controllability. Education information ecology is a new perspective and it offers a solution for potential insufficient, unbalance or unduly growth capacity. In order to evaluate the overall effect of this methodology, an approach inspired by Pareto Optimum is given.
