Abstract
This paper presents the automatic retrieval of cloud information combining two algorithms that use optical and spectral information. The first algorithm is based on data fusion techniques and determines the cloud fraction using optical information in the UV/VIS range. The second algorithm is based on neural networks techniques and determines the cloud-top height and cloud-top albedo using spectral information in the Oxygen A-band in and around 760 nm.
