Abstract :
This paper takes one thousand records of some medical information system for example, makes data mining according to patients´ data record about drug selection, uses BP neural network and decision tree method respectively to have model building and finds the best medicine fits for this kind of disease. The results of the experiment validate the method´s feasibility and validity and provide reference frame to assist doctor to use medicine.
