With the implementation of the enterprise big group, the big base strategy, the capital investment and the market multiplication, the specialization, the internationalization, put forward higher requirements to the group enterprise´s management decision-making, The conformity existing information system platform, and take this as the foundation construction group enterprise´s finance decision support system auxiliary enterprise decision-making is the most effective choice. This paper mainly discusses the enterprise group´s financial decision support system the characteristics, the implementation foundation, the construction goal and the function, and designed the concrete logical construction framework.
