Abstract
The “optical-damage” effect, or random changes of local refractive index in photorefractive media, is unique phenomenon for creation of the generic dynamic singular vector speckle fields. They were realized in the photorefractive LiNbO3:Fe crystal under illumination by He-Ne laser beam. This paper is devoted to investigation of topological dynamics of the developing singular vector fields and its thorough analysis by the Hurst exponent firstly used in dynamic singular optics.
