Abstract :
With the discussion of existing network management architectures and its technologies, an intelligent network management platform is proposed in order to mingle with OSS/J and conventional interface protocols. Its data-driven oriented features and functionalities are analyzed based on the component design idea. Result from part implementation of the platform components shows its high intelligent capability.
