Abstract :
Urban freeways are having a serious congestion problem on the ramp junctions regardless of the rush hour in Korea. This study was to identify the traffic characteristics on the continuous exit-after-entrance ramp junctions under the speed surveillance, compare and analyze the relationships between the traffic characteristics, and finally develop the delay predictive models based on the relationships between the traffic characteristics
